Hamcut provides analysis and recommendations, but we cannot guarantee that your emails will not be marked as spam by email providers.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HAMCUT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data or business opportunities
• Emails being marked as spam despite our analysis
• Service interruptions or errors

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hamcut from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Content you submit to our service
